Edmonton Snow Valley Ski Club
One of the ideal ways to spend wintertime while you are in Edmonton is through skiing. The best place to visit is the Edmonton Snow Valley Ski Club.
Snow Valley Ski Club is a ski area inside Edmonton, Alberta, just off the Whitemud Freeway. The resort serves as a non-profit organization. The slope caters chiefly to beginner snowboarders and skiers, with just fifteen percent of the place is intended for advanced skiers.
Currently, the ski resort features a triple chair, quad chair, and two carpet lifts. It also has eight runs on different terrain levels, and two terrain parks include a beginner terrain park.
Snowboards could soar more than two Terrain Parks, presenting beginner to advanced features and human-made jumps. Group and private skiing, ski racing, cross-country, and snowboarding lessons are also accessible for all ages.
You can freely rent your tools and equipment, or you could bring your own and learn from a skilled, experienced, and qualified instructor. Once you hit the slopes, you can get cozy in the lodge, where glass walls provide breathtaking vistas overlooking the Rainbow Valley of Edmonton.
What to Do & See
The ski club treats all their guests to an expansive wrap-around deck, two fieldstone fireplaces, two bedrooms, and access to the lovely grounds. Glass walls also surround the area. You can immediately loosen up and relax into the comfortable and engaging ambience that the brick and wooden lodge offers.
No matter if you are visiting this place in the summer, you can enjoy the lush green grass for an outdoor cocktail reception. What’s more, you can also explore the snowy slopes in the winter.
