We had a very challenging installation site. Aluminum shingles, very high roof, required extra coordination with the shingle installers, warranty details, and repeated interaction with city officials.
Mike and John took care of all of it with humor, integrity, competence, and remarkable perseverance. We were truly amazed to see them work.
