We gather some basic information and get a little more familiar.
After establishing the clients goals and values we use the latest in aerial and satellite imaging to map and measure the site. We custom design and lay out every array, no cookie cutter kits and no shortcuts. We’ll then meet and present options to the client and discuss. We use the best equipment and practices so your installation lasts a lifetime and impresses with performance.
Deposits are paid, permits are pulled, engineer stamps are applied as needed, rebates process is begun, regulatory approvals are submitted, materials ordered and work is scheduled. We do it all and provide a turn-key service.
Our Ninjas install wiring, anchors, racking, solar modules and monitoring. We tuck and hide everything seamlessly and pass our inspections with flying colours then activate your system!
Final invoice is sent and paid, we complete the rebate process and revisit the site to ensure everything is running smoothly. A documentation package is issued to the customer including warranty information, specifications and features. We’ll have a fun session demonstrating your monitoring apps and making sure you’re comfortable before closing business. After this we will monitor the health of your system online periodically and receive notifications if there is a failure. We are here for your questions and value your referrals.
